Baked vegetables with Couscous

Prepare a delicious meal in just half an hour - with little effort!

  • vegetable according to taste
  • Couscous
  • oil
  • spices

Cut the vegetables into slices. Mix it well in a bowl with oil and spices. Then spread on a baking tray and place in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 175 °C (circulating air). Switch to grill the last 5 minutes if you like it.

While the vegetables are in the oven, prepare the couscous according to instructions.
