- 200 g mixed cereal of your choice
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 200 ml oat milk
- 80 ml rapeseed oil
- 50 g whole cane sugar (or Xucker)
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds
- 1 handful goji berries (or other dried fruit)
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients well. The result is a tough, very sticky dough.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (top and bottom heat). Place a baking sheet on the baking tray.
Form small balls and place them on the baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes. Store them in a well-closing tin can.
