A portion of chocolate to go :)

  • 150 g wholemealflour
  • 50 g Vegan Protein Chocolate
  • 100 Xucker light
  • 100 g chopped Pecan nuts
  • ½ package baking powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g vegan dark chocolate
  • 70 ml tasteless oil
  • 2 bananas
  • vegane dark chocolate for decorating

Melt the chocolate in a water bath (bain-marie). Mix flour, nuts, Xucker and baking powder in a bowl. Add the melted chocolate, coconut milk and oil and give it a good stir. Crush the bananas with a fork and add them as well. Afterwards, put the dough into little baking forms and bake them at 170° for about 25 minutes. Decorate as you like.
