Cinnamon rolls

Yeast dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 50 g of sugar (or Xucker)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 18 g of fresh yeast
  • 135 ml soy drink

  • Cinnamon

Make a liquid mixture for the dough with yeast, 50 g sugar and 135 ml lukewarm soy drink. Add in another bowl all the other ingredients for the dough, pour in the yeast solution and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 hour.

Knead the dough with floured hands again vigorously and roll out on a floured work surface. Using a sharp knife, cut triangles out of the dough, put the AuVstrich on it and sprinkle with cinnamon (make sure that the sides stays clear, it will roll easier).

Roll the dough triangles beginning from the top and, if necessary, split them again in the middle. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 180 °C degrees top and bottom heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
