Cookies with chocolate star
- 300 g of flour (optionally wheat or spelled flour)
- 200 g margarine
- 100 g sugar (or Xucker)
- 1 pinch of salt
- VegiFEEL AuVstrich
Make a short pastry with all the ingredients and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours (better overnight).
Remove the dough from cooling about 1 hour before processing and knead well again. Ideally, it is smooth and dimensionally stable.
Roll out thinly and evenly on a floured work surface. Cut out circles for the undersides of the cookies. After that cut out the same number of cookies for the "lid". At the same time, cut out a little star in the middle of it.
Give a small portion of AuVstrich in the middle of each of the complete cookies. Put the "lid" with heart-shaped recess on top and press lightly.
Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
