Power for in between!
- 150 ml red fruit juice
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp. Chia seeds
- 3 tsp. VegiFEEL Vegan Protein Neutral
If possible mix the Chia seeds with the juice one or two hours before serving, so that the Chia seeds can soak. Then mash the banana with a fork and add the protein powder. Mix it well. Then mix it together with the Chia seeds in a protein shaker, pour into a glass and enjoy.
