Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 150 ml rapeseed oil
  • 2 packages vanilla sugar
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 50 g Vegan Protein Chocolate
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 g sugar
  • 400 g Hokaido pumpkin finely grated
  • dark chocolate coating for glaze

Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a large bowl. Wash the Hokkaido dumpling, remove the seeds with a spoon and finely grate the meat. Chop the cashew nuts roughly and put it into the dough.
