Sweet Potato Pan

  • 2 sweet potatos
  • 700 g vegetables of your choice (we used agaricus mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, Romanesco)
  • some vegetable broth
  • vegan cream cheese

Cook the sweet potatos, clean the vegetables and eventually also cook it. Fry the agaricus mushrooms and add the other vegetables. Add the broth and cream cheese.
