Vegan Anti-Cold-Smoothie

Fit through the cold season!

  • 1 medium, ripe banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 medium carrot
  • an approximately thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp. Psyllium seed husks (health food store or the Internet)
  • water

Peel the ginger, bananas, kiwis and the carrot and cut into small pieces. Give together with the water in a Smoothiemaker and mix it well. Add the Psyllium seek husks into the mass and mix again.

Tip: Add 2 or 3 tbsp. VegiFEEL Vegan Protein neutral and ready is a quick breakfast to go in the cold season.
