Fit through the cold season!
- 1 medium, ripe banana
- 2 kiwis
- 1 medium carrot
- an approximately thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. Psyllium seed husks (health food store or the Internet)
Peel the ginger, bananas, kiwis and the carrot and cut into small pieces. Give together with the water in a Smoothiemaker and mix it well. Add the Psyllium seek husks into the mass and mix again.
Tip: Add 2 or 3 tbsp. VegiFEEL Vegan Protein neutral and ready is a quick breakfast to go in the cold season.
