Vegetable rolls

Delicious vegetable rolls as snack!

  • vegetable according to taste: for example zucchini, carrots
  • rice paper (in Asia shop or in well-stocked supermarket)
  • olive oil
  • herbs according to taste
  • sauce for dipping for example natural soy yoghurt with herbs, onions, salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

Wash zucchini and carrots and cut into narrow strips. Mix the olive oil with herbs. Marinate the zucchini and carrots in the oil-herb mixture. Soak the rice paper for a few minutes in water. Put for one role two or three strips zucchini and carrots. Fry the prepared vegetables rolls briefly and let drain on paper towels.

Enjoy the finished vegetable rolls with a sauce for dipping or pure.
