Fresh vegetable pan with pastry - easy and delicious!
- vegetable according to taste, for example 1 zucchini and 250 g mushrooms
- 1 x pastry
- tomato sauce, for example chunky pizza tomatoes
Cut the zucchini and mushrooms into small pieces and fry in a pan. Season them according to taste. Meanwhile, roll out the pastry, cut it into square rectangles and place on baking paper.
Spread the squares with tomato sauce. Then place the roasted vegetables in the middle of squares and fold the corners of the pastry up.
Bake it for about 20 minutes with 180 °C circulating air in the preheated oven until it is crispy and golden brown.
